The purpose of the information below is to provide you as a customer with information about what personal information is collected on our website (Lihasvasara.fi) and how this personal information is used. Your privacy is important to MUSCLE HAMMER and MUSCLE HAMMER complies with all applicable privacy provisions, including the Personal Data Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you have placed an order from the LIHASVASARA.fi online store before the new GDPR personal data regulations come into force on 25 May 2018, you may still receive our offers by e-mail and / or text message, even if you have not ticked the box to receive marketing messages. Personal information collected

LIHASVASARA collects personal information when you register as a LIHASVASARA member, register a sales order in our warehouses, shop on Lihasvasara.fi, create a user on my page and / or participate in competitions organized by LIHASVASARA. MUSCLE HAMMER collects and processes the following information: name, address, telephone number, email address, in some cases we ask for your birthday and approval to use the information in marketing, including email / text newsletters and other direct marketing methods, and in communications through social media connect with us. We may also use your personal information to target you for direct marketing on the Internet and social media such as Facebook or Google.

How to use a HAMMER - and who can access your personal information

MUSCLE HAMPS use the collected personal information only for marketing purposes or in connection with purchases made from MUSCLE HAMMER (either through an online store or through a physical store). MUSCLE HAMMER collects information so that we can offer our customers appropriate offers that suit their interests. Webasant, Business ID 3134722-6, is the controller of the personal data processed. Webasant does not sell or transfer personal information provided to us to third parties - which means that you do not receive information from companies other than us based on the personal information you provide. Webasant uses subcontractors and partners to process and store personal information as well as to market on behalf of Webasant.

The processing of your personal data takes place in the EU / EEA, except when we process your personal data when sending newsletters. We use a US supplier for this.When transferring data to the United States, our supplier is subject to standard contract terms approved by the EU Commission.
