Returns and Complaints

100% satisfaction from our customers is our top priority. We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy on our products.

Order cancellation:
An order can be canceled free of charge if our order has not progressed in our system. Unfortunately, if the order has progressed, the order can no longer be canceled, and any returns will proceed according to normal return policies. Contact our customer service

Returns: offers its customers a 90-day right of return. is not responsible for return costs, except in the event that the customer returns a defective or incorrectly delivered product.

  • In order for us to accept a return, the product must be resellable, unopened, unused, and undamaged. Please note that we require a receipt for your purchase before returning it.
  • When returning, please contact us by email with the subject 'Return'. Please enter your order number, name, and reason for the return email.
  • We'll tell you where and how to return the package.
  • Please note that the customer is responsible for the postage and any other costs associated with the return.
  • Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will send the customer a confirmation email with a refund of the purchase amount.
  • If the refund is approved, we'll process it and automatically refund the form of payment you used.

Unclaimed Packages:

  • We reserve the right to charge you € 19.90 for a package that is not picked up or received, to cover your costs. The package will be stored at the pick-up point for seven days, after which it will be returned to us. Please note that if you wish to return a package, you must first pick up the package and follow our return instructions. Failure to pick up a package Refusing to receive / receive mail does not mean a refund. Non-retrievable packages are not eligible for return.

Payment Refunds:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will refund 100% of the purchase price. Please note that we require photo / video proof of manufacturing defects and possibly a return of the product.
  • The battery has a three-month warranty on all products.
  • We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy upon receipt.
  • To request a refund, please email under the heading 'Refund'. Please include your order number, name, reason for return, and proof of manufacturing defect in the email.
  • If the transmission is damaged, lost or stolen, read on.

Damaged shipments:
In situations where the tracking information shows that the shipment has been delivered to your address, but the package / packages have been damaged in the shipment, complain directly to the courier is not responsible during transport damaged shipments.

Packets sent to the wrong address:
Always check that your name and shipping address are correct. Unfortunately, once the order is received, we will no longer be able to make changes to the address or other information.
