You can use Bluetooth to connect the Therabody muscle care roller, or more commonly known as a foam roller, to the Therabody application on your phone and customize the intensity of the roller's vibration to meet your needs. With the pressure and vibration of the roller, you open tight muscle jams and speed up recovery.

This means that you don't have to constantly carry the charger with you, but you can take the muscle care roll with you, for example to the gym.
